# CAPACITY_EXCEEDED

> Pulse is at capacity (503)

Pulse is processing as many documents as it can right now; nothing was billed.

| `503` | Yes | Pulse is at capacity |

## Common causes

* Pulse is busy (`reason`: `busy`).
* Your organization has as many jobs running as it may (`reason`: `concurrency_limit`).
* The server taking the request is shutting down (`reason`: `shutting_down`).

## What to do

Wait the seconds in `Retry-After`, then send the request again.
