# PROCESSING_FAILED

> Document processing failed (500)

Pulse couldn't finish processing the document.

| `500` | Yes | Document processing failed |

## Common causes

* A failure while reading the document or building its result.

## What to do

Run the job again; if it fails again, contact support with its `request_id`.
