FILE_DOWNLOAD_FAILED - Pulse API

Pulse couldn’t fetch the document at file_url.

Status	Retryable	Title
`422`	No	File couldn’t be downloaded

Common causes

The link answered an error status, or needs a sign-in (reason: sign_in_required).
The link is a viewer page, not the file (reason: viewer_page).
The host couldn’t be reached.
A link into your Pulse storage names no file (reason: not_found).

What to do

Send a direct, public or presigned link to the file itself.
