FILE_URL_INVALID - Pulse API

file_url isn’t a link Pulse may fetch.

Status	Retryable	Title
`400`	No	Invalid file URL

Common causes

The link isn’t http, https, s3 or gs.
The link points at a private network address.
On Pulse’s hosted API, the link points into Pulse’s own storage unsigned.

What to do

Send a public or presigned link to the file.
