RESOURCE_UNUSABLE - Pulse API

An id in the request names something this endpoint can’t read; errors names the field and reason says why.

Status	Retryable	Title
`400`	No	Resource can’t be used

Common causes

api_version_1: API version 1 created it.
older_format: its result is in a format this endpoint no longer reads.

What to do

Run the job again with API version 2 and send its new id.
